Product Warranty Information
Baby Safety for Less does not manufacture the products offered in our online catalog.
Manufacturers' warranties are provided with the products sold and Baby Safety for
Less does not offer any further warranty or guarantee. Effectiveness of each product
depends on proper installation and use. The products offered can reduce the
likelihood of injury and should make your home a safer environment for your child. All
products are to be used under adult supervision. Baby Safety for Less liability is limited
to replacing, exchanging or refunding the cost of any products which do not meet your
satisfaction. Colors and fabrics depend on availability and may vary. Prices are subject
to change.
PayPal Payments
If you wish to pay through your PayPal account, we will send you an invoice for your
order to the email address you provide. Orders will ship promptly once payment is
received.
Visa/MC Payments
If you make purchases using your credit card, your card will not be charged until your
order ships. If items are oversize or you live in CA, additional charges may be added to
your invoice.
Returns & Exchanges
We will accept unused items returned within 30 days for an exchange or refund, less delivery charges and a 15% restock fee. Items must be packaged in the original carton with all the original packing material. Loose items put in with the gates will cause damage to the finish and make the gate non-returnable. Customers are responsible for ALL return shipping fees and charges including insurance. For health reasons, certain items, are not returnable. Videos, CDs and cassette tapes are not returnable once they are opened. Other items that are drop shipped from the manufacturer are also not returnable. These items are usually marked as "Drop Shipped" in the item description. We reserve the right to change any policies at any time without notice. Please contact us via email for return authorization before shipping us any items.
